Anne About KitchenAid Artisan Design Series 5 Quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixer

This is something that I don’t like. I adore it!

Of course, I’ve never had one before, so I may not know as much as others, but I do love it. I initially purchased a pull-up model with a larger motor. Before it was delivered, I happened to see one in a nearby store and realized that there was no way this thing would fit on my counter.
I have no counter space, let alone storage space, in my small cabin (we own a campground). So when it was delivered, I sent that one back. I figured I could just buy a better handheld mixer, but I couldn’t help but crave a KitchenAid stand mixer.

This one I came across sounded ideal. A motor that isn’t as powerful, neither as tall nor as heavy. It was delivered to me about four days ago. I have become a baking fool! I’ve already baked four loaves of bread, a double batch of pizza dough, three cakes, two types of cookies, and two different kinds of cakes. Wow, my husband will soon need to appear on The Biggest Loser.
This model is undoubtedly sturdy enough to handle bread dough with the dough hook, making it simple for cakes and cookies. I did purchase the extra Flex Edge Beater, and I used it today to bake one of my cakes. I adore it!

I was concerned that it would be challenging to set up, use, and then clean up after use. Actually, it’s not. In actuality, it makes everything so much simpler to complete and clean up after.
You won’t believe how quiet it is, and I love the glass bowl. This is very quiet compared to a hand mixer, which is extremely loud. This is something that I adore. I want to finish everything right away.

I really can’t express how much I’m enjoying using it.
